2. Service Description

We provide taxi booking and transportation services. Our platform connects passengers with licensed taxi drivers and vehicles. We act as an intermediary between passengers and drivers.

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS or email
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
• Advance bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance

4. Payment Terms

• Payment can be made in cash, credit card, or through our mobile app
• Prices are calculated based on distance, time, and current rates
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, or special requests
• All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

5. Cancellation Policy

• Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 minutes before pickup time
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full fare amount
• Weather-related cancellations will not incur charges

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Be ready at the designated pickup time and location
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the driver
• Not consume alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle
• Not smoke in the vehicle

7. Driver Responsibilities

• Maintain valid driving license and vehicle registration
• Provide safe and courteous service
• Follow traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain clean and well-maintained vehicles
• Respect passenger privacy and property

8. Liability and Insurance

All our vehicles are insured for passenger safety. However, we are not liable for:

• Personal belongings left in vehicles
• Delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Acts of third parties beyond our control

9. Lost and Found

Items left in vehicles should be reported immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to locate and return lost items, but cannot guarantee recovery.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

11. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints should be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all complaints fairly and promptly.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes will be resolved through local courts.
